Ken has been lead pastor of EMBC since 2014.  Prior to coming to Elmwood he was an associate pastor and served in local and global missions. 

As of Spring 2023, Ken has his Masters in Theological Studies from Trinity Divinity School. He has been married to Shonet for 25 years and together they have three teenage children.

Marni has been attending Elmwood her whole life and has been on staff since 2001. Her passion for music extends beyond Elmwood as she sings and tours with multiple choirs. She also enjoys spending time with her family, especially at the cottage in summer. She has been married to Rob for 30 years and they have three adult daughters and two sons-in-law.

Elayna has been attending Elmwood since 2017. She is married to Josh and they have a preschool-aged daughter. In her spare time, she is an avid birdwatcher and enjoys reading non-fiction. 

Matt Oliver originally grew up in Winnipeg, attending Faith Academy where he came to trust in Jesus as Saviour. He has felt a calling to ministry since that time, serving with Pathway ministries in northern reserves for seven years and for the past five years has been associate pastor in Langham, Saskatchewan. He has enjoyed the opportunities to lead youth and children to trust in Jesus through the avenues of day camps, AWANA clubs, youth nights, Sunday school, preaching, mentoring and coaching. He completed four years of study at Millar College of the Bible in 2020 before joining the church in Langham. Matt is happily married to Erin, whom he met in Winnipeg, and together they have three children.

Alannah has been attending Elmwood with her family for over a decade. Previous to working as the Children’s Ministry Coordinator, she worked as a Green Team student running day camp programs for kids. She has a background in education and has a passion for dogs!

Wilfred has been attending Elmwood and on staff since 2017. Previously, he was a home care attendant for 14 years and also attended Columbia Bible College and Swift Current Bible Institute. He enjoys writing poetry in his free time. He and his wife Gloria have been married for 34 years and they have three adult daughters and one son-in-law.
